The shipping cost is calculated during checkout after you enter your delivery address. Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, order weight, courier coverage, product availability, and selected service level.

Order Processing

Express shipping orders are prioritised, followed by standard shipping orders and then free shipping orders where applicable.

Free shipping may not be available for overseas destinations, remote areas, islands, or locations where economy courier service is not possible.

Receiving Your Delivery

Courier companies usually deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. If you have specific delivery requirements, you may add a note during checkout or contact us by email. We will try to pass this information to the courier, but final delivery arrangements remain subject to the courier’s service conditions.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we strongly recommend refusing the delivery or clearly noting the damage on the courier delivery record. If you sign for the goods without noting damage, courier compensation claims may become difficult.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the courier may leave a notice or send an email with instructions to arrange another delivery attempt. Please contact the courier promptly to avoid additional charges or return of the parcel.

If all delivery attempts fail and the goods are returned to CPAPstore.eu, return courier charges and reshipping costs may apply.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, email address, and phone number. PO Box numbers cannot be accepted as valid delivery addresses.

CPAPstore.eu is not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, failure to respond to courier communication, or failure to collect the parcel.

4. Returns and Refunds

CPAPstore.eu handles return, refund, and exchange requests according to applicable consumer rules and strict hygiene requirements for medical devices and accessories.

Due to the nature of medical products, items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and free from any signs of prior use. Products that come into direct or indirect contact with the body, skin, airways, water pathway, or exhaled air cannot be returned once opened, unless confirmed defective and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • All packaging, seals, manuals, accessories, and boxes must be intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All returned items are inspected before any refund or exchange is approved.

To request a report, please send us the complete files and folders from your machine’s SD card in a compressed format, such as ZIP, WinZip, or WinRAR.

Please do not delete, rename, or modify the SD card folder structure before sending the files. Changes to the original file structure may prevent the data from being read correctly.
