Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING DELIVERY

We know how important your sleep therapy is and it is essential to have the equipment you want when you need it. As soon as we receive your order we will start processing it straight away. Orders are shipped usually within 24 hours of receipt. Paid Express orders and backorders are treated with priority.

We use Regular Post to ship to all Europe and TNT For Ground and Express Shipping.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Regular Post – FREE – available for all deliveries – (using Tracked Parcel Post system, not a door to door delivery in some countries)

UPS Standard – Cost depending on the products – available for all deliveries –

UPS Express – Cost depending on the products – available for all deliveries – (using UPS courier system).

Note: Orders which include Device or exceed 500€ will be shipped via UPS courier even of free selection for the safety of the delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All Parcels we send have a tracking number, provided by email to you when shipped.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

For free shipping is about 20-30 days (we ship 2-3 times per month)

For UPS shipping 2-10 (includes Device or exceed 500€ will be shipped via UPS courier even of free selection for the safety of the delivery).

We Delver only to the resident address which is associate it with the client address.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

For Regular post maybe you will have to sign depending on the regulations of the post office of the country of residence.

For UPS yes you should sign to receive the order.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

The delivery driver will leave a note for you to let you know of the visit, however, there is always an email that we send with the tracking number which you could have as a reference to locate your delivery.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible.

Your delivery address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped.
