Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges applicable in their destination country, especially for deliveries outside the European Union.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT may not apply.
Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges applicable in their destination country.
Where applicable, VAT-free export orders may require proof of export, customs validation, or additional documentation in accordance with EU VAT rules.
CPAPstore Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import checks, local regulations, missing customer documentation, or unpaid import charges.

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that:
- The product has not been used.
- The product packaging is unopened and intact.
- The item is returned in a resaleable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, seals, labels, and original packaging are included.
- The return request is submitted within the applicable withdrawal period.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied.
Important – Hygiene and Medical Product Restriction:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened medical products, including but not limited to CPAP devices, BiPAP devices, masks, mask frames, headgear, silicone cushions, nasal pillows, tubing, filters, humidifier chambers, accessories, spare parts, or any product that comes into contact with the face, airways, respiratory system, skin, water pathway, or breathing circuit, unless the item is defective.
Once a hygiene-sensitive or medical product has been opened, used, tested, fitted, assembled, or removed from sealed packaging, it may no longer be eligible for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete and submit the official withdrawal form available on our Returns Page.
Returned products must be sent using a reliable courier service with tracking. The customer must provide the tracking number to CPAPstore Ltd.
CPAPstore Ltd is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, untracked, refused by courier, or sent to the wrong address.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, CPAPstore Ltd reserves the right to refuse the refund and return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
Warranty coverage, duration, conditions, and repair or replacement procedures may vary depending on the manufacturer and product category.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

- Exposure to moisture, water, dust, smoke, or unsuitable environments.
- Accidental damage.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Use of incompatible accessories or parts.
- Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused during transport by the customer.
In addition to any manufacturer warranty, all consumers within the European Union benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity under EU and national consumer law.
Where a warranty inspection is required, the customer may be asked to send the product to CPAPstore Ltd or directly to an authorised service centre, depending on the manufacturer’s procedure.

Orders placed by business customers, companies, professionals, clinics, resellers, organisations, or other legal entities are considered commercial transactions.
Business customers are not entitled to the 14-day consumer withdrawal right applicable to consumers under EU law.
By placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for and bind that entity.
B2B orders may be subject to different return, warranty, cancellation, and payment conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
