Temporary CPAP Machine During Device Inspection or Repair

The ResMed S9 AutoSet Auto CPAP is available as a temporary replacement device exclusively for CPAPstore.eu customers who have previously purchased a CPAP machine from us. This rental service allows customers to continue their therapy while their own CPAP machine is being inspected or repaired.

Rental Period Policy

There is no fixed rental period. The rental remains active for as long as CPAPstore.eu is inspecting the customer’s machine or waiting for its repair to be completed.

After receiving and inspecting the customer’s machine, we will inform the customer whether:

• The repair is covered under warranty
• A repair quotation and customer approval are required
• The machine cannot or will not be repaired

Once the inspection or repair process has been completed and the customer’s original machine is ready to be returned, the rental machine must be sent back to CPAPstore.eu promptly using the provided return shipping service.

The Rental Fee Includes

• Delivery of the temporary CPAP machine
• Return shipping after the rental period
• Cleaning of the device
• Professional disinfection before and after use

Important Information

• This service is exclusively available to existing CPAPstore.eu customers who purchased their CPAP machine from us.
• The rental unit remains the property of CPAPstore.eu and must be returned when the inspection or repair process is completed.
• The service is available only for deliveries within the European Union.
• Customers located outside the European Union are not eligible.
• Payment covers the temporary rental service and does not constitute the purchase or transfer of ownership of the device.
