S9 AutoSet – Trial Policy
We would like to inform you that the trial period will be calculated on a monthly basis, rounded up to the nearest whole month. Therefore, if you rent the machine for a duration of 2 months and 5 days, you will be charged for a 3-month trial period.
It is important to note that the trial period is calculated from the order date until the return drop-off date from the customer. Please be advised that we do not provide refunds for monthly costs that have already been charged.
Trial fee for the machine is 400 Euro, which includes a one-time setup fee of 100 Euro, and a trial period of up to 6 months. After the trial period has elapsed, the machine should be returned to us.
In the event that the machine is returned prior to the end of the 6-month trial period, we will provide a refund for the remaining months that were not utilized.
Trial services only available to destinations within Europe. Additionally, we offer free returns for the machine to ensure our customers have a hassle-free experience.
Please note that the mask is not included in the trial and must be manually selected. Our CPAP masks are designed for single-patient use, and therefore are not refundable or returnable. However, if you have your own CPAP mask, you may use it during the trial period. We do recommend, however, that you consider starting your trial with a new mask to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.

As part of our trial program, we offer the S9 Auto machine. Please note that while the machine is not new, we follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and hassle-free trial treatment. Rest assured that the machine has been thoroughly cleaned before being made available for trial purposes.
Damaged machine when it is returned
We kindly request that the machine is returned to us in its original condition, without any defects. To ensure that there are no misunderstandings, we strongly recommend that you take photographs of any marks or defects that you may observe when you first receive the machine, and send them to us for our records. Please note that if trial machines are lost or returned damaged, CPAPstore.eu reserves the right to charge up to 80% of the price of a new machine. Finally, please be aware that CPAPstore.eu retains the right of final interpretation/determination regarding the machine’s condition.
